Our mission is to provide every attendee with tools and actionable takeaways to help their business be in the best position to thrive as we navigate toward a more dynamic future for all of independent distribution.

The NAILBA Summer Symposium 2021 agenda is focused on looking forward. Together, we can "crack the code!" Between the global pandemic, lockdowns, and adjustments via technology (accelerated underwriting), professionals in all sectors of the industry had to shift gears in order to navigate the uncertainty that ensued—particularly when it came to sales and marketing.

Per the Wall Street Journal, U.S. households from a range of incomes are buying more life-insurance policies than in years past. The number of life-insurance policies sold jumped 11% in the first quarter from a year earlier, the biggest gain since 1983, according to the industry research firm Limra. The boost extends the sales increases that began last year as deaths related to Covid-19 led many consumers to buy coverage.

Now is the time to navigate this increased demand utilizing the latest sales and marketing technologies. Learn "What thought leadership is – and what it’s not (HINT: It’s not a sales pitch)," how to strategically enhance both advisor and consumer engagement and metrics, metrics, metrics...if it can be measured, it can be improved. We’ve invited leading experts to talk on all these topics and more. As you can always expect from NAILBA, a heavy dose of LEADERSHIP discussion will be present throughout the symposium.

By leveraging modern technology, producers are no longer stuck having to jump through multiple disparate technology solutions to get through the sales process. Instead, producers and clients are experiencing enhanced and accelerated sales experiences.
