Agency Management Institute: Customer Service Training and More
Customer service has a direct impact on the credibility of your agency - one bad customer experience can cost you a customer, maybe several. The 2010 AMI will provide all new Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center customer service training that can help you keep your customers and help your business grow.
Registration for the 2010 NAILBA Agency Management Institute (AMI) is only $149 through Friday, April 16*. Take advantage of this $50 savings - register now!
Building on the success of the Executive Forum training, AMI will offer two new Ritz Carlton Leadership Center sessions, providing valuable Customer Service Training – the Ritz Carlton way. These sessions would cost thousands of dollars to sponsor for your agency staff – but are included in your AMI registration.
In addition to these valuable sessions – offered for the first time to NAILBA’s members - AMI will provide:
Visit the AMI Web page for an updated full agenda, hotel reservation information and a list of participating sponsors. Full information about AMI was mailed to all member agency principals in March.

Senate Under Pressure to Pass Regulatory Reform Soon
Congress returns from Easter recess this week and the Senate will dedicate the seven weeks leading up to Memorial Day to debate its regulatory reform bill. Once the Senate passes the bill, it will need to be reconciled with the House bill passed last December in conference committee before a final bill is signed into law by the President.
The Senate is under greater pressure to pass its regulatory reform bill by Memorial Day as the Senate Judiciary Committee prepares to deliberate the next Supreme Court justice nominee to replace retiring Justice John Paul Stevens for consideration by the Senate. The nomination process is expected to take up a significant amount of time this summer.
