Reservations can be made online at www.aa.com. Go directly to www.aa.com to book your flights. Enter the promotional code, 96N2BG, in the promotional code box under the "book travel" tab or "enter passenger data" tab while making your reservation. Discount will automatically be calculated. Discount is valid for travel from November 12 - 22, 2012. There is no additional booking fee on www.aa.com. Reservations may also be made by calling the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk toll free at 800.433.1790 from anywhere in the US or Canada, 5am to 12am CST seven days a week. Give them your promotional discount code, A96N2BG (The "A" in front of discount code is necessary for phone reservations). There is a reservation service fee, currently $20, for tickets issued through this desk. Zone fares are available through the desk and are priced slightly higher but offer more availability and flexibility. Earn AAdvantage miles for your trip; enroll online at www.aa.com. Reservations may also be made via a travel agency, a fee may apply. Reservations involving any OneworldAlliance or codeshare partner airlines, or travel into one city and out of another must be booked via phone at 800.433.1790.
