Pre-registration for NAILBA 29 has ended!  You will now need to register onsite at the NAILBA 29 Registration Desk, Gaylord Texan Marble Foyer (Ground level, Convention Center) beginning at 11:00am on Wednesday, November 17, 2010.

Thursday, November 18  8:00am-5:30pm
Friday, November 19 8:30am-5:00pm
Saturday, November 20 8:00am-10:00am

PLEASE NOTE: The NAILBA Annual Meeting is ONLY open to NAILBA member agency staffers and EMPLOYEES of exhibiting and/or sponsoring companies. Non-members are NOT eligible to attend NAILBA 29.

NAILBA 29 Registration Fees:

*A Guest is a person attending in a social capacity only.  Guests cannot be employed by a NAILBA member agency, exhibiting or sponsoring company.

Online Registration Instructions for MEMBERS:

Please note:  To use your agency complimentary registration, you MUST enter the discount code during the registration process.  If you do NOT enter the discount code during the registration process, you will be asked for credit card information, and your credit card WILL be charged.   Your discount code was sent to you in an email on June 1 and is valid for ONE complimentary registration per agency.  Please contact Meredith Maslich at (703) 383 -3081 if you did not receive your discount code or if you have any questions.

• Enter e-mail address and password
• Click “Upcoming Events” on left hand side
• Click on “NAILBA 29 Member Registration”.
• Click “Register for this Event” at the bottom of the page
• Choose the appropriate registration category from the list
• Fill in any necessary information
• Check the boxes on the left hand side of each if attending either the Women in Brokerage session or the Mooers Award Dinner
• Click “Next” at the bottom of the screen
• If registering a GUEST select “1” from the drop down menu and then click “Next”.  Fill out guest information and click “Next”.  (Guests are those individuals attending the meeting in a social capacity only – they may not be employed by any exhibiting or sponsoring company, and may not man the exhibit booth at ANY time.)
• (if applicable) Enter Discount Code at the bottom of the page and click “Apply Discount”
• Click “Check Out”
• Confirm Billing Address, click “Next”
• Enter payment method if needed, click “Next”
• Confirm information
• Click “Submit Order”

ONLINE Registration Instructions for EXHIBITORS/SPONSORS:

Please note:  Each exhibiting/sponsoring company is entitled to a number of complimentary registrations for NAILBA 29.  To use these complimentary registrations, please refer to the email sent June 1 that contains the NAILBA 29 discount codes.  This email was sent to the main exhibit or sponsor contact.  Your discount code is ONLY valid for the number of complimentary registrations you are entitled to, and is ONLY valid for your particular company.  Once you have exhausted your allotment of “comps” the system will require payment for any subsequent registrations.  NO REFUNDS will be given for personnel who pay, and later determine that they “should have” been complimentary.  

PART ONE:   If you HAVE NOT already registered for the NAILBA database click here to register and follow the instructions below: 

• Click “Login” on the left hand side
• Click “New Visitor Registration”
• Enter e-mail address and click “Go”
• Enter required information
• Click “Create Account”
• Account will be approved within 24 business hours
• Confirmation e-mail will be sent when approved and NAILBA 29 registration can occur  only after approval is sent
• Once confirmed follow instructions below
