RESERVATIONS
The housing deadline for NAILBA Discounted rates was Friday, October 15.  Reservations will still be taken by the hotel on a space and rate-available basis.

NOTE:  As of 10-14-10 the hotel is SOLD OUT for the night of November 18.  The hotel is keeping a waiting list and will move NAILBA attendees into rooms as soon as they become available.  Due to cancellations and changes in travel plans, a LARGE number of rooms traditionally become available in the weeks leading up to the meeting, so NAILBA encourages you to go on to the wait list - rooms WILL open up over the coming weeks. 

TRAVEL DISCOUNTS
AMERICAN AIRLINES is our preferred airline and is offering discounts to NAILBA 29 registrants on ANY applicable airfare on www.aa.com to Dallas. 

Discounts are available on American Airlines, American Eagle, American Connection, and all Oneworld Alliance carriers as long as one segment is on American. Reservations can be made online at www.aa.com. Enter the promotional code, 29N0AB, in the promotional code box under the “book flights” tab or “enter passenger data” tab while making your reservation. Discount will automatically be calculated. Discount is valid for travel from November 13 - 24, 2010. There is no additional booking fee on www.aa.com. 

Reservations may also be made by calling the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk toll free at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the US or Canada, 5am to 12am CST seven days a week. Give them your promotional discount code, 29N0AB (Note: the 0 in the code is the number zero - not a capital letter O). There is a reservation service fee, currently $20, for tickets issued through this desk. Zone fares are available through the desk and are priced slightly higher but offer more availability and flexibility. 

Reservations may also be made via a travel agency, a fee may apply. Reservations involving any Oneworld Alliance or codeshare partner airlines, or travel into one city and out of another must be booked via phone at 1-800-433-1790.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Gaylord Texan Hotel and Convention Center is located deep in the heart of Texas, and is just six minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Shuttle service and car service are available from the airport to the hotel. Hertz is a Gaylord Hotels preferred partner for car rentals.
