The 18th Annual NAILBA Golf Tournament will take place at the Cowboy's Golf Club on November 20, 2010 with the first ball flying at 12:00pm. Buses will depart the hotel at approximately 11:00am.

Complete and return this form to register for the golf tournament or register online here. To register a foursome, all players must be NAILBA 29 registrants.

The entry fee for the golf tournament will be $199 per player for registrations made by November 1, 2010. After this date, registration can only be made on-site where the entry fee is $275 per player.

Please Note: Only those registered for NAILBA 29 are eligible to play in the NAILBA Golf Tournament.
