The mission of the NAILBA Charitable Foundation is to encourage volunteerism among NAILBA members and provide grant funds to worthy charitable organizations that serve to enhance the quality of life for those less fortunate, with a special emphasis on children.
A group of NAILBA members who are, or soon will be, transitioning into the role of principal of their agency. This networking group provides leadership, management, and skill training to ensure the success of these new agency leaders, and provides the opportunity to build a network and support group of other new leaders.
This prestigious award recognizes individuals in the brokerage community whose achievements demonstrate outstanding commitment to independent life brokerage and the insurance world. The recipient is honored at a formal awards ceremony and dinner at the NAILBA Annual Meeting.
