NAILBA Announces 2008 Executive Committee

(Fairfax, Va.) During its Business Meeting on Friday, November 16, the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA) announced the appointment of Thomas A. Kirke to the 2008 Executive Committee.  Effective January 1, 2008, the NAILBA Executive Committee will befilled as follows:

• Chairman of the Board: Doug Mishkin, Algren Associates, Inc. (New York City, NY)
• Chair-Elect/Chief of Staff: Gary S. Dworkin, CLU, RHU, DAI/LifeMark (Rochester, NH)
• Treasurer: Mark D. Rosen, CLU, Underwriters Brokerage Service/LifeMark (Pittsburgh, Penn.)
• Secretary: Thomas A. Kirke, CLU, The National Benefits Group (West Des Moines, Iowa) 
• Immediate Past Chairman: John W. Felton, IV, Tennessee Brokerage Agency (Knoxville, Tenn.)
• Executive Director: Jack Chiasson, CMP, NAILBA (Fairfax, Va.)

“NAILBA’s Executive Committee has made great strides in reviewing the process through which it makes decisions and implements programs,” said NAILBA 2007 Chairman John W. Felton. “With the groundwork done and a such a strong team in place, next year’s Board can help NAILBA reach new levels of success in serving the wholesale brokerage industry.”
