About NAILBA University

Education is a critical component to any industry, and arguably even more so in the life and health insurance business, where it has truly been a founding cornerstone of what we represent today. NAILBA University has been developed with this principal in mind.

Through the ongoing efforts of the NAILBA Education Committee, NAILBA has created NAILBA University, a virtual university setting for NAILBA member professional learning and development.

NAILBA University’s mission is to serve the educational and training needs of NAILBA member agencies and the supporting brokerage community by increasing the number and value of professional development options available.

NAILBA University offers an educational curriculum focused on the needs of NAILBA’s member agencies and the core groups in the brokerage industry, including:

• agency principals and business owners
• carrier staff working in the brokerage channel
• independent producers affiliated with NAILBA member agencies.
