The NAILBA Executive Forum is an invitation-only NAILBA original program specifically targeted to NAILBA agency principals and senior-level executives. 

While most NAILBA educational programs trend toward the business of brokerage, this event is the first of its kind that focuses on growing the agency executive's personal equity.

The 2009 program will focus on what it takes to build your personal brand -- your skills, the way you carry yourself, your individuality, your traits, your persona. Agency principals will be challenged to shift their thinking and attitudes in differentiate themselves from others in their organization and industry, creating powerful business opportunities as a result.

Bailey’s expertise in leadership, sales, and customer service was honed over two decades with Hyatt Hotels, the Orlando Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Walt Disney Company. Bailey holds a master's degree from Faith Christian University, which also recently awarded him an honorary doctorate for his global impact.

Bailey founded The Brilliance Institute, Inc., a consortium of men and women whose professional experience was honed at some of the most respected Fortune 500 companies in the world. Companies, national associations, government agencies and educational institutions both in the U.S. and abroad look to him to help transform their cultures and processes and release the potential in their people.
