Investment $3,000
This is an excellent promotional vehicle to promote your company’s Web site, product name, and brand. Lanyards
are given to all attendees at check-in. Investment includes lanyard production.

Bag Insert
Investment $500 per item + cost of printing

Have a story to tell? Want to provide these high level attendees with an insert or a message regarding your
company information or service you can deliver? Your message or flyer will be inserted into the registration
bag, which is given to all attendees at check-in. Available Only to Event Sponsors.

Leather Padfolios
Investment $12,000

This exclusive opportunity includes your company’s logo imprinted on the cover of the padfolio, as well
as a personal letter from your company to welcome attendees.

Pens
Investment $5,500 + pens /$6,500 includes pens

This opportunity provides a great service to attendees, as well as offers a quality writing instrument for the event
and is ideal for promoting brand, Web site, product name and keeping your company’s name in front
decision-makers. Pens are also used in the registration area and placed in registration bags.

Registration Bags Sold to Coventry
Investment $4,000 + bag / $6,000 includes bag

The registration bag is distributed to all attendees upon check-in and is a key onsite promotional opportunity.
Your investment includes one insert placed inside the bag, as well as bag production.

Seated Massage
Investment $4,000

The seated massage gives attendees a nice reinvigorating massage to get them refreshed and ready
to go. Your investment includes a full-service massage station (with masseuse) and recognition with signage
at the massage station for your company. Additionally, you have the option of providing promotional items and
literature.

USB Drive for Workshop Handouts
Investment $10,000

In an effort to go “green” NAILBA no longer prints workshop handouts. Instead, we load all documents onto
a portable computer USB drive that is handed out to all attendees at check-in. Your investment includes a USB
Drive (1GB) imprinted with your company’s logo, lanyard, gift pouch, and data upload of sponsorship ad, as well
as signage and recognition at handout printing stations where attendees can print out information placed on the usb drives.

Special Event Sponsorships

General Sessions (One Opportunity)
Investment $7,000

One general session which offers targeted educational messages, tips, and advice for agency staff to take
back and apply to their business operations. The general session features expert speakers with
relevant information attendees want to learn about. Investment includes signage and recognition in
conference promotional materials, on website, and in on-site program, as well as the opportunity to
introduce the keynote speaker for the session. Please note: All speakers and topics are selected by NAILBA –
sponsorship does not include selection of either topic or speaker.

Refreshment  Breaks* (Two Opportunities)
Investment $3,000 each

After a stimulating education session nothing hits the spot like a good cup of “joe” or a nice cold beverage and the NAILBA refreshment break sponsorship provides just that. This opportunity features a high visibility location within the educational session area and signage at the beverage station.

Opening Networking Reception*
Investment $12,000

Build client loyalty by being a part of the key networking function for the new AMI! This reception will be the
primary networking opportunity for the conference. High visibility and high attendance are benchmarks of
our receptions and this one will be no exception. This is a great way to create a first impression with the Agency
Management Institute attendees.
