Jim Sorebo is President and CEO of Four Seasons Financial Group, Inc.. Jim
started his financial services career in 1979 and was an executive with
an industry leading insurance and investment company. Jim graduated
from Minnesota State University with a B.S in Business Administration.
He is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, Bank
Insurance and Securities Association and International Association of
Financial Planners. Jim previously served on the Board of Directors of
BRAMCO, and also
participates in the AALU Ambassadors Program.
Jim serves on the
advisory board for The Lone Survivor Foundation, which restores,
empowers, and renews hope for our militaries wounded warriors and their
families. He resides in Medford, New Jersey with his wife, Kathy, and
has two daughters.
Jeffrey D. Mooers
Jeffrey Mooers is a third generation principal at H.D. Mooers and Company, a Brokerage General Agency started in 1937. Jeff started at the agency in 1989, following in the footsteps of his father, his uncle (NAILBA’s own Douglas Mooers), and his grandfather. After graduating from the University of California, Davis, Jeff went to work in the marketing department, and took over as President in 2000.
He currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Panel, and has served on numerous NAILBA committees, including as chairman of the Marketing and Strategic Planning Committees. He was recognized in 2012 with the NAILBA Chairman's Award, and he is an active supporter of the NAILBA Charitable Foundation, serving on the Grants Committee in 2012. Jeff and his wife, Linda, have 3 children—Eddie, Emily, and Eric. Jeff is a past President of NAIFA Mount Diablo. Outside the office, he enjoys fly-fishing, traveling with his family, and coaching Eric’s soccer team.
Myra Palmer is president of The Palmer Agency and an advocate of the life insurance industry. With more than thirty years in the agency she brings knowledge, passion, and experience; carrying on a family legacy that began when her father, Howard H. Palmer founded the Palmer Agency in 1961. Myra is a student of the industry and is actively involved. She is Past President of the NAILBA Charitable Foundationm Past President of Insurance and Financial Leaders of the Southeast and currently serves on several carrier advisory boards and the NAIFA Independent Advisors Task Force. She is an active member of NAIFA, SubCenters, The Marketing Alliance, and SAGE (a second generation study group.) Myra currently serves on the Oxford College of Emory University Board of Counselors.
Myra enjoys time with family and friends. She plays golf, runs, reads, travels, and is a wine enthusiast. Myra has three sons, Chase, DJ, and Palmer, a daughter-in-law Taylor, and a great companion in Blenner, her Golden Doodle.
George C. "Chip" Van Dusen IV
Immediate Past Chairman
George “Chip” Van Dusen IV is President of Diversified Brokerage Services, Inc. (DBS), a national independent brokerage agency in Minneapolis, Minnesota that specializes in servicing national account customers. DBS is a charter member of NAILBA, with its founder George C. Van Dusen, III a past Chairman from 1993-1994. DBS is also a leading partner of LifeMark Partners, a National Marketing Organization.
Chip began his insurance career in 1989, when he joined his father’s agency as a marketing associate. An active member and Past President of the Minneapolis Association of NAIFA, Chip currently serves on several carrier and industry field advisory councils and is an active member of LIFE Inc. Chip has also served NAILBA as a member of various committees over the years.
Cross joined Labrynth Financial Services in August of 2004 after
obtaining her BA in Business and Marketing from the College of Idaho.
Brittany quickly acquired her insurance license, Series 7, Series 24,
and Series 66 licenses and is now the Principal of LFS. She currently
serves NAILBA as a co-leader of the Agency Successor Networking Group
(ASNG), as a member of the Professional Development Committee and
recently served on the Strategic Planning Committee.

Jason E. Lea, CFP
Lea joined Brokers’ Service Marketing Group in 2000 and in his current
role of President, oversees all sales & marketing related activities
at BSMG. He was recently recognized as one of the most promising young
executives in Rhode Island as a part of the Providence Business News
Prior to joining BSMG, Jason was employed
by MFS Investment Management. He is currently a member of the Financial
Planning Association of Rhode Island, the Rhode Island Estate Planning
Council, and several carrier field advisory boards. Jason also serves on
the membership committee of the Boston Estate Planning Council and is
Past President of the Rhode Island Society of Financial Service
Professionals. A graduate of Davidson College with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Economics, Jason has also earned his CFP® designation, is a
licensed insurance agent, and is FINRA registered series 6 and 63.
Seixas "Chad" Milner III
“Chad” Milner III is Vice President of The Milner Group and has been
with the company for 12 years. He represents the fifth generation of
his family in the insurance business. Chad attended Georgia College
& State University and holds certifications as a Certified Annuity
Advisor, Certified Annuity Specialist, and Certified Senior Advisor, and
has been awarded NAIFA’s Top 40 Under 40 award three years in a row.
He currently serves on NAILBA’s Membership Committee and is a member of
NAILBA’s Agency Successor Networking Group (ASNG). Chad is also a member
of the Million Dollar Round Table. He has served as the 2010-2011
President of TYGERS, a national organization of second and
third-generation brokerage general agents.

Ben Nevejans is the President of LifePro Financial
Services, Inc. Ben has been in the financial services
industry for over 15 years. Upon graduating from Plymouth State
University, Ben moved to San
Diego, CA and soon began his career at LifePro Financial.
that time, he has been directly involved with many aspects of the
insurance and annuity business including sales, recruiting, marketing
and management. In 2003 Ben opened and operated a satellite office of
LifePro out of the greater Boston area. Now back in San Diego and
serving as LifePro’s Chief Marketing Officer, Ben oversees the case
management, underwriting, marketing case design and sales departments.
Ben is active in the NAIFA San Diego chapter and has chaired their
membership and programs committees.
